New to Star Citizen?
Star Citizen is an upcoming space trading and combat simulator PC game currently in pre-alpha, started by legendary space simulator game developer Chris Roberts. Who has a background in Hollywood as producer for movies as Lucky Number Slevin and Lord of War as well as a creator of the famous space sims Wing Commander, Star Lancer and Freelancer.

The game was founded by a Kickstarter campaign and with continued crowdsourcing the game has now amounted an impressive 30 million USD for development of the game, and still going strong!

How will the Star Citizen work?
Star Citizen will consist of two main elements: a persistent world massively multiplayer online game mixing elements of first person space combat and interstellar trade and single-player and drop-in co-operative multiplayer campaign known as Squadron 42, together with customizable private servers.

What kind of accessories will be supported?
The game will support Oculus Rift, HOTAS and several other gamepads and accessories, together with mouse and keyboard of course.
